In the night of January 9, 2025, a 19-year-old Klagenfurter was stopped by the Klagenfurt motorway police on the A2 South Autobahn after civil servants observed conspicuous driving behavior. At around 11:30 p.m., the vehicle was stopped in the Minimundus car park. During the inspection, the police immediately noticed the strong smell of cannabis when the driver opened the door, as reported.

The 19-year-old stated that a friend had consumed cannabis in his car. However, the police found a tupper box with several plastic bags in the passenger seat, which were filled with green contents. The driver explained that it was cannabis that he had received from a friend for his own consumption. A total of ten plastic bags were ensured.
