Pure reading frame: Action week Austria reads in Hermagor

In Hermagor, an important event is prepared in the sign of reading and libraries. The large image campaign "Austria reads. Treffpunkt library" takes place this year for the 19th time and has set itself the task of focusing on reading and clarifying the importance of libraries. Numerous prominent personalities are committed to this Initiative and thus create a "hearing and visible" sign for the promotion of reading culture.

The end of the action week is Thursday, where teachers read the Hermagor elementary school. This reading fun campaign offers the children the opportunity to immerse themselves in the stories of their teachers and to further promote interest in reading.

Awarding of the Bachmann Junior Prize

Another event that accompanies the week is the awarding of the "Bachmann Junior Prize" on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 5 p.m. in the Hermagor City Hall. The topic this year is "see that you will stay awake", which is already looking forward to anticipation.
