RTL donation marathon 2024: Together for children in need!
In one and a half months it will be time again: The RTL donation marathon will go into the next round. 2024 is the popular charity event under the motto "Help makes Happy". Wolfram Kons, the moderator of this extraordinary live show, will herald the countdown for the 29th time on November 21 at 6 p.m. He hopes for numerous "happy helpers" who can offer support with their donations in need. "Help just makes you happy," says the moderator.
The RTL donation marathon 2024 begins on the evening of November 21st and will be broadcast live for 24 hours until the final on Friday, November 22nd. As usual, there are many celebrities that will enrich the program as guests. Among other things, Rea Garvey, Uschi Glas, Dieter Nuhr and NRW Prime Minister Hendrik Wüst will delight and encourage the audience to donate.
jump into sporty: the "24h Inclusion Challenge"
One of the Highlights of this year is the "24h Inclusion Challenge", which is supported by the double Olympic champion Kristina Vogel. The challenge offers a platform for an inclusive sports event, in which 20 company teams take part, which consist of both people in a wheelchair and pedestrians. Together they master a course that not only includes sporting challenges, but also everyday obstacles for wheelchair users. All donations collected from this event will go to inclusion projects for children.
The goal of this sporting campaign is to achieve the world record for the biggest team distance at the wheelchair course. This project is in accordance with the overarching goal of the donation marathon: sustainable support for disadvantaged and seriously ill children in Germany.
insight into the aid projects
As part of the RTL donation marathon, numerous aid projects and prominent sponsors are presented for different concerns:
- Germany: Alexander Zverev, himself diabetics, is committed to children with diabetes, while DJ Bobo is fighting for the construction of a family home for children with cancer in Europe. Dennis Schröder ensures more movement with his basketball project "Jump4future".
- International: Dieter Nuhr is committed to improving eye medical care for children in Zambia, and Laura Wontorra helps endangered children in Brazil.
In addition, numerous celebrities are involved, such as Kristina Vogel, who are committed to family free time for severely disabled children, and the sponge bob that campaigns for various environmental projects.
An important aspect of the RTL donation marathon is transparency: RTL Germany bears all costs for personnel and production. In this way, each donation will go completely to the aid projects without a cent.
It is not only donated; The event is also carried out taking into account ecological standards, which means that you rely on sustainability and environmental protection. "Climate -friendly production is an important concern," said the organizers.
The spectators are cordially invited to support the initiative. There are various options, such as the charity SMS, the donation hotline or an account connection where money amounts can be conveniently transferred. A charity auction is also offered at www.unitedcharity.de.
With the RTL donation marathon, the organizers not only want to offer financial support, but also want to raise awareness of the existing children in Germany and beyond. Each post counts and contributes to the fact that many children are conjured up a smile on the face.
