In the popular Europa-Park in Rust, Baden-Württemberg, visitors have to expect higher prices in the new year. Managing Director Roland Mack has announced that admission prices will increase by five percent in 2025, which means a new price of 73 euros for a day ticket. Previously, the price was 69.50 euros. The prices for children and seniors in the high season amount to 64.50 euros. This increase follows increasing costs, which are primarily due to inflation and higher wages, according to a park spokeswoman.

The new season in Europa-Park begins at the end of March, and there is a ten percent discount during the low season. This step towards the price increase was decided from the need to cover the increased operating costs, which were also caused by the energy costs and wages. This is not the only price increase in the region, because the Tripsdrill amusement park in Cleebronn also lifts the prices.

This park will demand 46 euros for adults and 41 euros for children in the new year, which corresponds to an increase of one to three percent. In addition, a new swing with the name "Wilde Gautsche" is opened in summer.
