defendant and his defense

f. is represented by the lawyer's candidate Sofie Kraupa and in principle has been guilty. Nevertheless, he does not see himself as the main person responsible in this matter. According to his statements, it was his already convicted Schwippschwager, Lorenzo f. alias Sándor L., who launched the entire campaign.

The accused stated that he only traveled to Austria to help with the removal of the stolen objects. In some cases he "stood" at the cemetery, while his accomplice violently tore the crosses out of the earth. Judge Doris Halper-Praunias found that "wearing" also counts as a contribution to the crime, which the accused affirmed.

The numbers of the stolen crosses, vases and statuettes were up for discussion. F. claimed that the amount of objects would not have fit into the car of his crop brother -in -law and that the sale to a precious metal dealer brought in far less than the amount of 8,000 euros . When asked how high his share was, the defendant replied with "Round 100,000 forint ", which just corresponds to 250 euros .

Finally, the Schöffensenat decided to judge the relapsed man to an additional penalty of 18 months . The public prosecutor's office was silent about the judgment that is not yet final.
