Pilgrim children collect climate parts for the environment
The children of the elementary schools Pilgersdorf and Unterrabnitz have severely mixed in the climate-horny campaign in the past few weeks. From September 23 to October 6th, they were not only active on the way to school, but also in their commitment to dealing with our environment. Regardless of the weather, they had set off in rain jackets and sturdy footwear to cover their way to school in a climate -friendly manner.
Climate protection is an important topic and the participation of the students is a positive sign. In this way, the children not only disturbed everyday teaching, but also shared responsibility for our planet. During this time, they collected a total of an impressive 1,085 climate part. An impressive performance that shows the unprecedented use of the children and their teachers, who are always a role model for adults.
a conscious step in the right direction
The climate mile campaign was launched around 20 years ago and has been aiming in many schools since then to inspire children and their families for environmentally friendly mobility. The individual is motivated to make a valuable contribution to climate protection through small everyday decisions-such as going and cycling. Such a project not only strengthens awareness of ecological topics, but also promotes the independence and health of the students.
The willingness of the students to make themselves on the way despite sometimes challenging conditions shows that climate protection is becoming more important in many areas of our lives. It is a small but crucial step to raise awareness of the environment and inspire future generations to also become active.
The campaign shows that children of a young age can take responsibility and learn that every little measure contributes to improving the climate. With the joint action in Pilgersdorf and Unterrabnitz, a beautiful frame is created, which promotes a sustainable way of thinking that is integrated into everyday life by learning and practicing.
