New nursing competence center and generation place: great added value for the region
In Olbendorf, Burgenland, an important moment of the future plan Care was celebrated: the addition of the nursing competence center was officially opened. This step marks a significant improvement in the care infrastructure in the region and offers great added value for both older people and families. Governor Hans Peter Doskozil emphasized the social importance of this facility, which not only expands the capacities, but also integrates a generation place that brings together the residents. In addition to Doskozil, Leonhard Schneemann and other representatives took part in the opening ceremony.
The addition of the nursing competence center increases the number of care beds from 29 to a total of 65, of which 60 long-term and five short-term care beds are. In addition to the nursing places, the facility offers supervised residential units and thus underlines the importance of care in Burgenland. The opening of the generational square, with relaxation areas for different age groups, an adventure playground and a sports facility, rounds off the offer and promotes social interaction.
The initiative for creating 71 nursing support points in Burgenland underlines the country's commitment to a close -up and service -oriented care. The nursing base offers various forms of care and services in a central location to enable older people to live a dignified and self -determined life. This model shows the innovative strength of the Burgenland when it comes to the care and support of its citizens.
The extension to the Olbendorf nursing competence center and the opening of the generation square are important steps for the regional care landscape and promise added value for the entire community. The expansion of the care infrastructure and the creation of cross -generational meeting places show the confession of Burgenland to a holistic and need -friendly care policy.
