The participants had to complete a demanding course that consisted of various obstacles. These included the four-jump, the swing, the bees honeycomb and the ring jump. Every obstacle presented the athletes with new challenges and required the highest concentration and pronounced physical skills. Such a competition not only promotes physical fitness, but also the skill and mental strength of the participants.

The variety of obstacles that were prepared in stage 1 of the course is particularly worth mentioning: wooden rings, fidget spinners, swing wings and many other elements had to be mastered.
