During the information days, young people are comprehensively informed about the risks of the viruses. Two weeks after the information events, the students have the opportunity to be vaccinated. Cancer Aid Burgenland makes it clear that over 80 percent of people in Austria come into contact with HPV over the course of their lives and vaccination significantly reduces the risk of developing different types of cancer.
