Pinkafeld, Österreich - Burgenland shows impressive progress in nursing and health education. State Councilor Leonhard Schneemann and other leading personalities of Health Burgenland recently presented the positive results of a new job model at the Pinkafeld University of Applied Sciences. Around 3,900 nurses are currently being used in Burgenland, but by 2030, an additional need for around 1,750 forces will be forecast. The initiative should not only ensure the supply, but also make the nursing profession more attractive by offering a monthly remuneration of around 1,000 euros for trainees, such as the The innovative employment model enables 182 trainees to be employed since its introduction in September 2022. In addition, the training in departments of 12 inpatient care facilities is supported. This measure, which provides for gross payment of 600 euros per month and corresponding training allowance, is financed by the agricultural and federal fund. State Councilor Schneemann emphasizes that this not only contributes to the long -term security of health care, but also increases the attractiveness of the nursing profession. These effects are used by the contribution of more than 920 people in nursing and social care professions, such as "https://www.bvz.at/burgenland/politik/land-belanz-1-000-Monatlich-machen- und--szial training--- 451828741" "BVZ.AT reinforced.
