political entanglements and public effect

The political arguments between Lower Austria's FPÖ state vice Udo Landbauer and the former Greens Minister Leonore Gewessler additionally heat the conflict. Landbauer criticized the fact that the Green Minister had left to answer ruined planning and massive cuts in the public transport area. Lower Austria suffers most from these cuts, since twelve significant rail connections are drawn from traffic, which corresponds to a loss of 80 percent of the promised aids. Other federal states such as Upper Austria, Vienna, Burgenland and Styria are also affected.
