After-work market in Klagenfurt: The sixth season starts with live music!

On May 30, 2025, the after-work market in Klagenfurt was ceremoniously opened. This happened after a weather -related shift by a week. The venue, the Benedictine market, turned into a colorful meeting point for numerous visitors who wanted to enjoy regional specialties after work.

The opening put the city into a festive mode, underlined by the live music of "currently for two" and the DJs Gio and MCA. Mayor Christian Scheider was pleased with the continuing popularity of the market, which is now an integral part of the Klagenfurt event offer. The organization takes place in close cooperation between the Klagenfurt market office and Klagenfurt Marketing, whereby the financing is ensured by contributions from restaurateurs and sponsors.
