Kärnten, Österreich - On August 11, 2025, a dramatic rescue operation began in Carinthia when a teenager was missing in the water of a river. The search campaign attracted a variety of rescue workers, including the water rescue Villach, the fluid water operating group "Mitte", several fire brigades and the police. The emergency services were alerted shortly before 7 p.m. after the 14-year-old boy was in need in the area of grilling.
