Technology debacle at Bawag: Hundreds of customers suffer from disorders!

The self -service devices in the bank branches were also disturbed. According to a Bawag press spokesman, the reason for these difficulties was a technical error with an external network operator. Customers were upset about the situation, many turned to the bank via social media and described their inconvenience. Shortly after the interference began, over 600 reports were received by the "Allest disorders" platform.
