The electrocryin, who is responsible for the municipalities of Serbian entity in Bosnia, Republika Srpska, also reported that about 50,000 of their customers are in the dark.

In West Bosnia the state of emergency was proclaimed! The municipality of Drvar is cut off from the outside world - 17,000 inhabitants are caught in a snow chaos. "The situation is extremely difficult. The snow falls incessantly. People are stranded in the snow," reported Jasna Pecanac, the President of the DRVAR municipal council, the local media.

In Slovenia, the search for an injured Hungarian hiker, who has been missing in the Alps north of the capital Ljubljana since Sunday, was discontinued due to strong winds. However, the rescuers were able to bring his female companion to safety.
In Croatia, a mountain rescue team had to rush to a man with skis early on Tuesday who stuck in his car while he was on the way to dialysis. "We brought him there in time," said Savior Dario Cindric.
