In the early morning of October 16, 2024, exactly around 5:55 a.m., a traffic accident occurred in Frankenthal that injured a motorcyclist. The incident happened on the Eisenbahnstrasse, as a 59-year-old driver, also from Frankenthal, at the confluence with the Schmiedgasse. He overlooked a 28-year-old motorcyclist who was traveling in the opposite direction and was added to his destination on Heßheimer Strasse.
