The police were informed immediately and arrived at the scene at 9:20 p.m. During their control, they came across two young people aged 14 and 16 who came from near the suspicious forest. The two could not give any conclusive answers to the police officers, which further confirmed their suspicion.
planned crime thwarted
In the course of their investigation, the police in the forest found a damaged scooter that the young people apparently pushed there. The two of them were also discovered that can be used to protect and theft. According to the initial knowledge of the police, the boys planned to move the scooter from the street into the forest to steal it there and possibly be briefly excluded. However, the project failed, and the two were caught in the act.
After the arrest, the young people were handed over to the police to determine identity and to clarify the facts of the legal guardians as part of the police measures. They are now at risk of legal consequences, since they have to answer in a particularly severe case because of suspicion of attempted theft.
The scooter in turn could be returned to its rightful owner immediately. This shows once again how important the vigilance of the citizens is when it comes to safety in your own four walls and the neighborhood. Such fast actions may help prevent thefts and to hold the perpetrators into account.
