Suspicious driving in Weimar: Police are urgently looking for witnesses!

Weimar in excitement– On Friday, October 25, 2024, a shocking incident occurred that alerted the Weimar police station around 5 p.m. A red Skoda, driven by a woman, appeared dishonorable as it drove conspicuously from Tiefurt towards Jenaer Straße. The vehicle was always moving across the middle of the road, which was a dangerous maneuver. Drivers were in such danger from the driver of the Skoda that they were forced to brake and swerve to avoid more serious collisions.

Driving ban and smear test

The police didn't wait long! Due to the search measures, the dangerous car was quickly tracked down and checked. Amazing: no alcohol or drugs were involved! But that didn't stop the officers from taking the matter seriously: the driver's license was immediately confiscated and she was prevented from continuing her journey! The young woman was handed over to the emergency services who were called. What lies behind this major risk remains unclear.
