Sebastian Stark new chairman of the Federal Youth Representative Council!

The Federal Youth Representative Council (BJV) reorganized itself on March 21, 2025! In an impressive general meeting at the University of Agricultural and Environmental Education in Vienna, Sebastian Stark, a 24-year-old politician from the Young People's Party (JVP) from the Waldviertel, was elected to the leadership team. Stark, who is also deputy to JVP federal chairwoman Claudia Plakolm, thanked the delegates for their trust and said: "Indispensable associations with a wide variety of perspectives come together in the federal youth representation. I look forward to being able to tackle important topics such as media knowledge and understanding of generations!" The elections also led to several new faces on the BJV board, including Anna Bohmann from the Kinderfreunde and Paul Freysinger from the Austrian Student Union. This new team has already agreed to call for forward-looking policies to ease the burden on young people and offer them security and good prospects.
