The youth coaching program flourishes in Klagenfurt, which helps young people in difficult life situations. A large part of the participants, around 80 percent, is male, has German as a mother tongue and fights with the integration into the professional world. Alina Rodrix from the Network Vocational Assistance (NEBA) at self -sufficient emphasizes the confidentiality, the cost and voluntariness of this coaching. Youth coaching shows success: 80 percent of young people get help on their way, which underlines the need and effectiveness of this system, which is also established in schools. The social inclusion measures of the non-profit organization independently extend over all of Carinthia and have proven themselves for over 25 years. A concrete example from coaching: A 13-year-old student began coaching due to behavioral problems in class. The boy had sleep problems and fears that affected his academic achievements. During the meetings, he learned to overcome his fears and developed better school behavior. "I can't believe that I was," he reflected on his progress after the support.

In addition, he is even volunteering with teachers and takes responsibility by putting things like dishes in the dishwasher.
