Call to the campaign: Companies are calling for quick reforms in administration!
In the Austrian administration, the unrest is boiling! The managing director of the IT company Consileon, Harald Kohlberger, opened his eyes with clear words: "The officers went in hibernation and are waiting there until the next minister comes. But we now have no time for hibernation!" He describes the alarming situation in which numerous company projects are put on hold due to the political standstill. This applies in particular to ministries in which Green Minister have worked with a possible change, as reports.
Kohlberger demands that those responsible in the administration must not remain idle. Even budgeted projects are stagnating, and the use of digitization and artificial intelligence represents an urgently needed solution for improving efficiency and productivity. In safety -related areas, for example in border security, the introduction of automated systems could be relieved for personnel. But Kohlberger makes it clear: "We cannot wait until Easter" to capture the necessary modernization.
Kohlberg's life and performance
A completely different, but also moving story is the psychologist and moral theorist, a pioneering psychologist and moral theorist. Growing up in a Jewish family, shaped by a complicated childhood, Kohlberg developed an interest in moral questions, influenced by the horrors of the Second World War. His experiences during this time led him to study philosophy and psychology, where he met many significant scientists of his time, as he held in the detailed curriculum vitae on Stangl-Aller
his life's work, the theory of moral development, revolutionized the field of psychology. Kohlberg argued that children actively take part in their own moral development and not only passively oriented themselves at norms. He presented the model of a "fair community" in which moral action and decisions are actively promoted. Tragically, Kohlberg's life ended in 1987 through suicide, but his legacy lives on through his important theories and models and has shaped moral education and psychological research.
