The MDAX recorded an impressive increase of 0.30 percent to 26,609.94 points on Friday in Xetra trading! This means a stock market value of 258.194 billion euros. At the beginning of the trade, the index was already 26,588.00 points, which represents an increase of 0.221 percent compared to the previous day when it was 26,529.40 points.

The MDAX even reached a maximum of 26,674.63 points on Friday, while the lowest point was 26,445.88 points. Compared to the previous week, the index climbed by 0.460 percent. A month ago, on October 8, 2024, the MDAX was 26,624.52 points, and three months ago, on August 8, 2024, it was still 24,106.62 points. Compared to the previous year, on November 8, 2023, where the index was 25,391.12 points, a minus of 0.851 percent for 2024.

Current tops and flops in the MDax

The strongest performers in the MDAX are Redcare Pharmacy (formerly Shop Pharmacy) with an impressive plus from 9.54 percent to EUR 167.60, followed by Freenet (+5.64 percent to EUR 28.86) and Teamviewer (+4.47 percent to EUR 11.68). On the losing side, on the other hand, Wacker chemistry with a decline from 4.90 percent to EUR 77.70 and K+S, which fell by 4.63 percent to EUR 11.22
