As part of the K3 film festival, the annual industry breakfast of the Carinthian film and music industry and the Carinthia Film Commission (CFC) took place in Villach. A Highlight of the meeting was the “Mila / Marija” project by the artist Andrina Mračni-Kar. This feature film, which has an Austrian-Slovenian background and tells the stories of the Carinthian partisans, will start filming in 2025. Producer Alexander Dumreicher-Viveanu outlined the first details about this ambitious production. Furthermore, the use of AI technologies in the film and music industry was addressed. These technologies could potentially revolutionize the processes of subtitles and synchronization, which, according to Klaus Graf Carinthia, could position as a driver for creative and technological developments.
