Stuttgart-Mitte (ots)- Chaos at a school in Stuttgart-Mitte: Unknown perpetrators caused a shocking incident on Friday, November 8, 2024, when they allegedly sprayed pepper spray in a boys' toilet. Between 8:30 a.m. and 9:15 a.m., unsuspecting students experienced a nightmare as the irritant gas polluted the air.

The consequences were felt immediately: several students complained of severe respiratory irritation, which put the school management on acute alert and called the police. The rescue workers responded quickly, taking all the children to the nearby gymnasium while firefighters checked the toilet for contaminants and provided fresh air. The affected building was closed until approximately 11:00 a.m. to ensure everything was safe again.

Injured in suspected attack

A total of ten students and three adults sustained minor injuries and were immediately treated on site by rescue workers.
