Großarl in action: Fire brigade saves two injuries after traffic accident!

On the evening of December 1st, the first Sunday of Advent, there was a serious traffic accident on the Großarler state road L109. A car collided with a stone wall in the Augraben area, with two people being injured. The Großarl volunteer fire brigade was called for cleaning up after the incident, and when arriving, the Red Cross was immediately on hand to supply the injured. The firefighters secured the scene of the accident, tied up the company, cleaned the lane and helped loading the accident vehicle, as missions of the volunteer fire brigade

The Großarl volunteer fire brigade was used with numerous forces on the evening of the accident. After the first alarming message, they worked again after the emergency services had to deal with several tasks in the region. In addition to the accident, they were recently active on operational measures due to storm damage, which were caused by agitated rivers and flooded areas.
