Selenskij demands help for internal refugees: living space urgently needed!

The Ukrainian President Wolodymyr Selenskyj has planned to treat the question of access to frozen Russian assets in the west at the Munich Security Conference, which takes place from February 14th to 16th. This assets are used to secure a loan of $ 50 billion (around 46 billion euros), which the G7 grant Ukraine. This is intended to help help people in Ukraine who are in need through the war, such as Süddeutsche Zeitung reports.

The support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) also remains of great importance, because since the beginning of the invasion, the EBR has already invested 6.2 billion euros in Ukraine to finance projects that affect energy supply, among other things. This combination of financial support and the will for the negotiation could be crucial for how the situation in Ukraine is developing.
