Creative pumpkins and scary fun: Experience Halloweenfest in Hainich!

Excitement in the Wartburg district: On October 26 and 27, the main special show of the German Sebright Club will take place for the first time in Creuzburg! With more than 400 dwarf chickens, which are presented by 29 exhibitors from all over Germany, the poultry breeding association 1929 Creuzburg/Werra expects visitors from the Netherlands, Belgium and Serbia. The official opening ceremony, which will take place on Saturday at 5 p.m. after the reviews, will be rich in guests of honor and enchant the spectators with the enchanting "great -dwarfs".

Creative Halloween fun in Hainich

The treetop path in Hainich has opened its gates for a spectacular pumpkin exhibition! Over 30 happy and creepy pumpkin faces, designed by schools and kindergartens in Bad Langensalza, laugh at visitors. Michael Zilling, the head of the treetop path, announces that the best pumpkins at the upcoming Halloween Festival will be awarded on October 30th. On the evening of the Halloweenfest, brave children can experience a lot alongside the mysterious scary path and the witch Dialu: from craft campaigns to scary stories!

Another hot tip is the family service for the Reformation Festival on Sunday, October 27th, in the Paul-Gerhardt Church in Eisenach. Here the children's choir sings under the direction of Cantor Anna-Fuchs Mertens and at the same time celebrates the 500th birthday of the Evangelical Singing Book. An experience for the whole family!

New hairdressing salon shines in the old train station

A fresh wind blows through Großburschla! In the old train station, the talented Sabine Klose opens her new hairdressing salon, which inspires with tasteful furnishings and a lot of green flair. The master craftsman, who has been successfully mobile since 2007, is happy about the news and has already welcomed the first customers, including from neighboring Hesse.
