A 38-year-old man from Blievenstorf near Neustadt-Glewe was involved in a family dispute on January 10, 2025 and fled to the police in alcohol. After an argument with his wife, he got drunk by the wheel of his car. The police tried to stop him at a petrol station, but the man raced away by car and jumped out of the rolling car.
The car continued and crashed into a police car, which led to the driver's arrest. A breath alcohol control showed a value of 1.3 per thousand. After the incident, it was decided that he was no longer allowed to return to the common house. The police are now investigating the wheel for threats, drunkenness and driving without a license.
