The Austrian automotive industry is again optimistic in 2025 after the new registrations rose by impressive 6.1 percent last year. A total of around 253,000 new cars were approved in Austria, including around 15,500 in Carinthia. Despite the positive trend, the industry faces new challenges. Volkswagen remains with a share of 22.3 percent of the leading automobile manufacturer in the new year, whereby the VW Golf is again the most popular model and the VW ID.7 takes the lead in the electric cars, as both ORF Carinthia href = "https://www.adac.de/news/neuzulsungen-kba/"> ADAC
