Weimar. A magical winter fairy tale brings shine into the run-up to Christmas! The eagerly awaited Christmas schedule starts in the young theater in the city. On Saturday, November 2, “The Snow Queen” celebrates its premiere in a fresh robe and a new line -up!

Families, primary school children and kindergarten children can look forward to a poetic-musical winter trip that is suitable for everyone from the age of six. The story that many parents and grandparents know from their own childhood comes from Hans Christian Andersen and tells of the mysterious snow queen who kidnaps the little quay after turning his heart into ice. His brave sister Gerda sets out to get him back - an adventure full of friendship, courage and responsibility!

The artistic direction of the play is located in the capable hands of Stefanie Heiner and Bastian Heidenreich, which not only direct the direction, but also stand on stage themselves. Together with Philipp Münnich, they composed the music for the staging, which is performed live by four talented young actors. After the great success in 2022, the piece returns to the stage due to the high demand!

But that's not all! In November and December, the spectators in the signal box also expect “learning to fly” from the age of three and “The Little Prince”. Only a few appointments are available for school classes and kindergarten groups, while the weekend performances still offer places.
