Autumn cleaning: Bike paths around Berlstedt are freed from leaves!

Berlstedt. Next Saturday the large autumn cleaning campaign of the citizens' initiative "All-day cycle paths for our region" will take place, and the bike paths in the north circle of the Weimar country are the focus of the efforts! There is a fight against the autumn chaos on the routes between Berlstedt and its neighboring towns.

Let's start on October 26th at 10 a.m.! In a call to cleanliness, the BI mobilizes volunteers to clean cycle paths and free the rest areas of fallen leaves and dirt. The bike enthusiasts mainly take care of the routes to Neumark, Ottmannshausen, Schwerstedt, Ballstedt and dated on the Ettersberg. A central meeting point is not planned-the participants are invited to find out directly at the usual ways where BI members are available as contact persons. It is recommended to bring work gloves, brooms and hard -wing charks to proceed efficiently against foliage!

Sustainable cleanliness for the region

This action is not only a call for practical help, but also a sign of the community engagement of the citizens! What autumn and winter bring through the paths is continued in the spring cleaning campaign, which traditionally takes place around Easter. On this occasion, the helpers can remove dirt, remnants of plant or garbage. Be part of this important initiative and show that clean bike paths have a priority!
