New contact area officer: Warrior strengthens security in Sonnenstein!

In a solemn ceremony, police chief Alexander Krieger was presented in Weißenborn-Lüderode as a new contact area officer (Kobb) of the rural municipalities of Sonnenstein and on the Ohmberg. The entry into this office, after his predecessor, Phm Enrico Müller, has moved to another contact area.

Phm Krieger will play an important role as a direct contact point for the citizens of the two rural communities. His main task is to strengthen local security and to promote trust between the population and the police. This underlines the importance of a carbb for the community.

The mayor of Sonnenstein, Margit Ertmer, expressed a positive statement about future cooperation with warriors. "So far we have only had good experiences with our contact area officials. They are important contacts for the citizens and always have an open ear," said Ertmer.

The mayor of Am Ohmberg, Karl-Josef Wand, emphasized the need for a strong police appearance on site. He explained that the presence of a Kobb significantly contributes to an increased feeling of security among the population. Wand is convinced that warriors will form a strong team in cooperation with the regulatory offices.

Mr. Lamkowski, the head of the Sonnenstein community and personnel office, also expressed his anticipation for working with the new Kobb and emphasized its importance for security in the region.

Thomas Gubert, police chief of the State Police Inspection Nordhausen, emphasized that it is always the goal of the police to put up contact areas promptly. "With Mr. Krieger, the citizens now have a young and committed contact person," said Gubert.

as a former employee in the riot police and in the deployment and patrol service, Krieger has already given extensive experience. He has worked in the emergency service in Heiligenstadt since 2013 and gained initial insights into the role of a contact area.

Finally, Ephk Andreas Pfordt expressed optimistic introduction by the Eichsfeld police station. He praised the good cooperation between the police and community representatives so far and is confident that warrior will continue this successful relationship.

The population can therefore look forward to the future cooperation with PhM Krieger, who successfully completed his training in 2011 and is now looking forward to his new challenge. Information about further aspects of his office and his tasks will follow.
