Ilmenau, Deutschland - In the picturesque region Ilm-Kreis, autumn blooms in full splendor! Our photographers were traveling in the cities of Arnstadt, Ilmenau, Plaue and Holzhausen to capture the impressive colors and moods of this golden season!

Autumn not only brings cool breeders, but also fascinating weather phenomena. After a refreshing rain, a bright rainbow over Ilmenau presented itself - a breathtaking spectacle that makes the hearts of the residents beat faster. © Jürgen Prehl

Not just the decoration inspires! The Bösleben agricultural cooperative shows how summer and autumn are harmonious. The soil fertility for the coming months is secured with a colorful midfloric mix that includes sunflowers on a field between Witzleben and Wüllersleben.
