Altenburger serial criminal: prison sentence is getting closer!
Altenburg/Gera. This serial criminal has developed a dubious fame with a criminal career of over 15 years. He regularly breaks down, steals, falsifies the license plate and drives with stolen cars, although he has not had a driver's license for 13 years. His criminal portfolio also includes drug -related offenses, insults and threats, which has brought him more than a dozen criminal record.
This year Nikolai N. has already received three prison terms, but he remains at large - at least for now. Thanks to his tricks and the judiciary, which has so far not been able to demonstrate any serious offenses, he has repeatedly pulled out of the line of fire. His current judgments are not yet final because he and his lawyer Martin Göddenhenrich have appealed against all judgments. In addition, the arrest warrants are exposed to him because he regularly reports to the police and the judges see no acute risk of escape.
District court on November 13th
But freedom for Nikolai N. could be over soon! On November 13, the Gera District Court will negotiate the allegations against him, including driving without a driver's license, license plate abuse and forgery of documents. The Altenburg District Court had already sentenced him to two years and four months. Judge Angelika Wulf could even decide to include further proceedings against him in the negotiation, including thefts from a recycling center and violations of drug tests. Even if these procedures are treated separately, the air for Altenburger crooks becomes thinner.
But there is still a way out for the 38-year-old: he can appeal against the judgments of the regional court revision, which means that the Higher Regional Court would deal with its case. Until this decision he could remain at large - a dangerous game for a man who is very familiar in the underworld!
