Kita whirlwind: Bad Bramstedt is fighting for quick transfer of ownership!

Bad Bramstedt faces a dramatic turning point: The daycare center whirlwind, which is due to bankruptcy in the suspension, could soon pass into urban possessions. At an urgency meeting of the main committee, initiated by the FDP and supported by the CDU and the Greens, one wanted to clarify the outstanding work. But the insolvency administrator, Marc-André Borchert, let the city down and did not appear.

The Situation is tense: Work at the daycare center has been suspended since summer, and important construction phases such as the arcade and the outdoor facilities are missing. The city has retained 85,000 euros, while the remaining construction work is estimated at around 360,000 euros. The construction company TSJ Stapelfeldt, which the daycare center is building, is insolvent itself, which raises the question of whether the work can ever be completed.

Attorney Kuhlmann advises the city to quickly negotiate with the insolvency administrator about the transfer of ownership, despite unfinished construction work. An expert is commissioned to appreciate the costs of the remaining work. If the city is entered as the owner in the land register, it could assert warranty claims, provided there are enough bankruptcy estate.

The political discussion is also about the possible liability of the mayor Verena Jeske, but lawyer Kuhlmann sees no indications of personal liability. Meanwhile, rumors are circulating about the managing director of TSJ, who is said to be in prison, but this is rejected as unfounded. The Kiel public prosecutor's office is investigating the company because of the social security contributions that have not been carried out, which makes the entire situation even more complicated.
