The supervisory boards have already given their green light, and if the members agree in summer, the new "VR Bank Schleswig-Holstein Mitte" could rise to the country's largest cooperative bank. The two banks are strongly positioned with 23 branches and 135,000 customers, including over 65,000 members. The board of directors assure that there will be no branch closures or personnel cuts - a soothing signal for employees and customers!
