Bovenau Schützenfest: 230 shots and a new royal family!

An der Kirche 1 c, 24796 Bovenau, Deutschland - The annual Bovenau folk and rifle king sheared on September 21, 2024 under bright sunshine and attracted a surprisingly high number of participants! Despite the initial concerns about the participation, the SSV Bovenau was enthusiastic about the active people in archery and ball shooting as well as when the puzzles. It started from 9:00 a.m., accompanied by short speeches by the board and guests of honor who heralded the celebrations.

glossy were honored: Alexander Steblow received the annual needle for 40 years in the DSB, NDSB and SSV Bovenau, while Alexander and Rafael Beska and Tobias Rahn were awarded for 25 and 10 years of membership. The club champions 2024 are Susanne Noack, Helga Holst, Zenon Beska, Jürgen Bierfreund and Meinert Holst.

a day full of excitement and tradition

The price shooting again offered the chance to gain vouchers for individual shopping experiences. The shooting disciplines included air pistols, air and small caliber rifles as well as bow. The archery athletes in particular experienced an overwhelming response! Thanks to the excellent support of the rifle sisters, the physical well -being was well taken care of during the competitions. The rush was noticeable with a total of 230 starts, and around 9:00 p.m. the new royal house from 28 participants was proclaimed: rifle queen Stephanie Holst-Bernal and rifle king Dieter Meißner are the new rulers!

The cozy atmosphere in the shooting club ensured a festive end of an extremely successful shooting festival. Enthusiasts of the rifle sport are always welcome, and the current training times are available on the homepage of the SSV Bovenau!
