Niebüller swimmers shine at district championships: 30 best times!

At the district championships on the long routes, the Niebüller swimmers have once again demonstrated their dominance in the north! With impressive performance, they conquered five out of six medals and thus set a strong sign. Lukas Nielsen (26) triumphed among the men and left his club colleagues Jesper Lingke (16) and Magnus Nielsen (15) behind. In the women, Jette Barkow (16) and Runa Thiesen (13) secured places two and three. A truly glamorous appearance!

A total of 38 starts over the distances of 400m layers, 800m and 1500m freestyle were achieved incredible 30 personal best times! Head coach Kirsten Nielsen was enthusiastic: "For some it was a successful test of perseverance and the form for the upcoming tasks, including the second Bundesliga of the men in Hamburg in two weeks." The young swimmers faced the challenge of concentrating the long routes concentrated on the unusual 50m track. "We are very satisfied how it went," she added.
