As one of the most promising riders in Germany, he steps into a league with only 16 talents from nine countries. Mathies Rüder, a truly multitalized rider, has made an impressive career. Even as a small guy, he was active in the renowned VR Classics Neumünster in the saddle. Mathies began his impressive career with a riding school on Fehmarn in the back and a family that is well known in the equestrian world. He earned the first loop at the age of seven. After incredible successes-among others at the HGW federal youth championship and at the Hamburg Derby-he has everything you can wish for as a young rider. A highlight in Mathies' career was the awarding of the golden riding badge during the VR Classics Neumünster 2024 when he celebrated the round of honor in a sold -out Holstenhalle. He also looks forward to the coming year: "I have a great young horse, Carlesta. The indoor event is also a real highlight!" Said Mathies enthusiastically. He perceives his nomination as a great honor and proof of his talent: “As a small guy from the island, you are mentioned together with the biggest - that's just incredible!” The decision about the winners of the FEI-Rising Star Award is made on November 13th.
