The highway is closed to 56 hours from Friday evening to Monday morning at 5 a.m. The reason is urgent construction work on the Rader Hochbrücke, which not only affects the road, but also secure the future of the A7.

Autobahn GmbH has announced that the roadway is blocked for the replacement building of the Hochbrücke and the urgently needed renovation of the A7. Karina Fischer from Autobahn GmbH explains: "The upper asphalt is no longer so powerful. We are about to break in the winter - if we have water slump, it is always good if we renovate beforehand." A clever step, because frost could otherwise cause devastating damage in the lane ceiling!

The ramp of the Rendsburg/Büdelsdorf junction has been closed from Büdelsdorf since Thursday morning. Traffic is diverted via the B203 and B77 to the Schleswig junction.
