Brodersby, Deutschland - The grass river "Missund II" has surprisingly resumed its journey between Brodersby and malunders earlier than planned! Instead of as originally planned on Thursday, the ferry has been rolling over the Schlei since Tuesday afternoon and connects the two places in the district of Schleswig-Flensburg and Rendsburg-Eckernförde district. A real reason to joy for the commuters and residents!

The reason for early restoration? The state company for coastal protection, national park and marine protection Schleswig-Holstein (LKN.SH) acted clever! Instead of installing the engine in the shipyard in Arnis, it was installed directly in Brodersby, which saved valuable time. So the passengers can now enjoy the connection between the two sides of the loop.
