Günther plans kale rain: tradition and strategy combined!
Oldenburg/Berlin. Prime Minister Daniel Günther, the CDU star from Schleswig-Holstein, sees itself on the best way to become kale of Oldenburg! In a explosive message from the city it became known that the 51-year-old is the promising successor to Boris Pistorius. "It is a great honor for me to be acted as a possible successor," says Günther. The fate of the office is decided at the traditional kale meal in the Lower Saxony state representative in Berlin - an event that doesn't leave anyone cold!
But Günther doesn't just wait! With full anticipation, he is already making plans for his potential reign. At a prime ministerial conference in the previous week, he apparently coordinated with his counterpart Stephan Weil (SPD), who is willing to support his application. "He has already signaled that he will support my application for one of the highest offices in this country," emphasized the ambitious politician full of enthusiasm.
Not just kale: plans for the reign
What would he do as a king of kale? Günther already has the first measures in mind! "One of my first measures on the throne would be to have more kale added in Dithmarschen and thus ensure noticeable relief for people in the Oldenburg region," he explains proudly. Who would have thought that the cultivation of kale could bring so many advantages for the region?
The kale meal - a traditional event with decades in history - takes place on March 10th and brings around 270 guests from politics. Here the Electoral College decides on the future of cabbage regulation, and the tension increases immeasurably. Since 1956, numerous prominent personalities, including former Chancellor such as Helmut Schmidt and Angela Merkel, have received the honor of the king king. Who will be the next in the glorious kingdom of the most popular winter vegetables? The answer is at kale food!
