in Oschatz, 84-year-old Christa Gehrmann threatens a dark fate! The pensioner has been living without electricity for 90 days - a nightmare that has his roots in a harmless front door shop. What started as a friendly conversation with a representative of GSD-Naturenergie GmbH in 2017 has developed into a financial fiasco. Of the initial 40 euros in 2017, the price for their electricity suddenly rose to shocking 86 euros in November 2023. An unsustainable condition!

Christa's son, Gunter Gehrmann, switched on the consumer center and found that a switch to Enviam could reduce the costs to just 32 euros per month. But when Christa terminated the contract with GSD nature energy, the unimaginable happened: the electricity meter was closed on August 9, 2024 without warning! Despite a court ruling from Torgau, which committed the GSD nature energy to restore the power supply, the counter remains dead. "I am in the end, I don't know anymore," complains Christa Gehrmann while her food cools on the balcony.

Why does the GSD nature energy not adhere to the court ruling? A request remained unanswered, while the Saxons' consumer center collected numerous complaints about the company. The problems range from non -transparent price increases to unknown dismissals. As if that weren't enough, the new provider Enviam can only start delivery from May 2, 2025. Christa Gehrmann looks forward to the Advent season with gray thoughts. "Something has to happen, otherwise I will turn through," she warns.
