B2 renovation: Bad Düben hopes for quick completion in November!

Bad Düben. The construction of the dyke crossing of the federal road at Bad Düben, part of the huge politician Löbnitz project, takes shape, But now there are unexpected delays! What was planned as a rapid progress had to pause: violent rainfall in early October caused the construction work, so that improvements in the embankment and banquet areas are required. The construction company is working hard to pre -mark the road, while new signs are set up, as Susa Kloß explains from the State Valley Service Administration.

B2 is expected to be completely released from November

Now it means: keep patience! The acceptance with the State Office for Road Construction and Traffic is at the beginning of November as soon as all remaining work has been completed. A particularly important element is glare protection - a noise barrier made of steel carriers and concrete base, which is set up protectively along the street. This approximately 50 -meter -long wall is run parallel to the main road and is a nature conservation edition.

soon, from November 4, the final preparations for the assembly of the straps and socket will begin before the aluminum elements are delivered the following week. Completion could be realized by the week from December 9 at the latest. But be careful: the S12 is then blocked for one or two weeks, while the Schnaditz branch is connected. The bypass to the S12, another critical point, also begins earlier, with asphalt installation from November 25th. Traffic is currently being redirected via a construction road, but soon everything could change!
