New wind in the Dehoga Saxony: Jens Dzurny takes over the presidency!
Chemnitz, Deutschland - A spectacular change at the top of the DEHOGA Saxony has been completed: Jens Dzurny, the experienced restaurateur from Dresden, was elected as the new president! After an impressive term of eight years, Axel Hüpkes gives the helm and retires. This election took place at the delegate assembly in Chemnitz, where hoteliers and restaurateurs allow voices for a new era.
DZURNY, Managing Director of the popular Aposto restaurant in the old town of Dresden, has valuable experience as a Pâtissier, cook and hotel director. "He knows the challenges of the industry and the daily concerns of our members," emphasizes Axel Klein, General Manager of Dehoga Saxony. Under his leadership, the 46-year-old wants to work passionately for tax relief-especially for reducing VAT to only seven percent! There are also priorities such as reducing bureaucracy and strengthening the industry image.

The new Vice President Jens Ellinger from Elldus Resort and Detlef Knaack from Fairgourmet in Leipzig, as well as treasurer René Schulze from Parkhotel Margaretenhof in Kurort Gohrisch are available.
