New Café B in Laubusch: enjoyment and encounter in a historical ambience!

Laubusch, Deutschland - Laubusch is increasingly developing into a culinary hotspot, and a new café sets accents for this. Katrin Hardt made her dream come true and opened the "Café B" in the former factory barrack, a place that once served as a sewing room. With the modern industrial vintage style that shapes the café, it now offers an inviting place for the region's coffee lovers. Located directly opposite the international computer science and meeting center of Saxony (IBS), it is the perfect place to meet and exchange.

The café itself has space for 15 guests and has a small terrace for good weather days. "The B in the name stands for 'encounter with coffee and cake'," explains Hardt. Prof. Dr. Wolfram Hardt, the CEO of the IBS Foundation, emphasizes how important such places are for the community to talk to each other. Visitors can look forward to a selection of freshly baked cakes and special coffee creations that take off the café from other gastronomies.

a room for encounters

The café also offers an additional room that can be rented for seminars or celebrations and offers space for up to 60 people. Although the view of Lake Erika is only shown in the form of pictures, this contributes to the inviting atmosphere of the location. Trial operation has been running since August, and interested parties can be oriented on Mondays and Tuesdays between 2 and 6 p.m.

Katrin Hardt is proud to personally host your guests and emphasize that the quality of the offer is in the foreground. "We use a specially coordinated coffee machine from Chemnitz to prepare our special coffee," she emphasizes. The offer also includes various types of ice cream that are perfect for the warm days.

a place for everyone

The "Café B" is already very popular with locals and passing, especially among cyclists who take a break on their tours between the train station and the Krabat mill in Schwarzkollm. Prof. Dr. Hardt also announces that four charging stations for electric vehicles will soon be installed in the parking lot that will be available for public use. "People can't just drink coffee," he says with a wink.

In order to be able to accept more guests in the future, Katrin Hardt plans to expand opening hours. However, additional staff is required for this, especially to offer people with a handicap. Interested applicants are invited to report directly in the café or by phone.

In view of the positive response and current developments, the team led by Katrin Hardt is optimistic about the future. "The Laubuschers are cordially invited to visit us and try the café," she concludes.
