Now #can learn: tram advertises for training in Halle!
The search for qualified trainees is becoming increasingly challenging for many companies. Against this background, the nationwide training campaign with the title "Now #can learn" is launched. The Halle-Dessau (IHK) Chamber of Commerce and Industry actively participates in this initiative. In order to make the initiative visible, a total of six buses were designed through the regions of Mansfeld-Südharz, Anhalt-Bitterfeld, Salzlandkreis, Saalekreis, Wittenberg and Burgenlandkreis.
The handover of a tram with training advertising for Halle (Saale) is particularly noteworthy. Hallesche Verkehrs AG (HAVAG) currently trains 58 trainees. IHK President Sascha Gläßer underlined the importance of dual vocational training for the future of young people. The campaign aims to improve the image of dual vocational training and to inspire a larger number of young people for training positions.
advertising measures and partners
entrepreneurs have the opportunity to take part in the campaign and present their training opportunities with various offers. In addition to the buses mentioned and the tram, the campaign is supported by a variety of measures. In August and September 2023, several hundred thousand trainees started their training, and the application phase for the training year 2025/2026 has now been opened. The IHKS and the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry are leading the comprehensive advertising campaign "Training is more of us- now #can learn".
This campaign is aimed at young people and their families to convince them of the advantages of dual training. With strong messages such as "We demonstrate every day. Our strengths" and "How we are really good? In increasing improvement", the qualities of dual vocational training are pointed out. Targeted outdoor advertising, supplemented by digital formats, includes large -scale posters and digital screens in train stations and shopping centers.
strengthening the consciousness for dual training
In rural areas, even bakery bags are used as advertising material that deserve the claim "own rolls. In one of 250 apprenticeships". These bags are intended to strengthen awareness of dual training in less populated regions. The campaign is also accompanied digitally on social media such as Tiktok and has already reached a remarkable reach since its start in March 2023, with thousands of followers and several hundred million calls of the clips from real trainees.
Companies play a key role in this campaign to bring young people and companies together and thus promote dual training. Further information on the campaign is available on the website www.ausbildung-macht-mehr-aus-uns.de.
