For the 15th time, the Lions-Hilfe Homburg-Saar-Pfalz e.V. is organizing the eagerly awaited Christmas lottery in the form of the 2024 Advent calendar. Under the patronage of District Administrator Dr. Gallo, this campaign has now become a pre-Christmas institution in the Saarpfalz district.

A total of 2,200 calendars are available, which are available as raffle tickets for just five euros. Buyers can look forward to around 230 prizes with a total value of around 6,000 euros, which will be raffled off under notary supervision. The main prize? A voucher for an overnight stay with dinner for two people in the wonderful romantic hotel Landschloss Fasanerie in Zweibrücken - an experience that you shouldn't miss!

Each ticket offers two chances to win! The individual ticket number is hidden behind the door for December 1st, while the winning numbers are revealed in the doors for December 2nd to 24th. If the numbers match, you win! The sales outlets are diverse: from the pharmacy in Globus to the Hahn bookstore to the Patric Herz sports paradise – you can try your luck everywhere.

The organizers expect net proceeds of around 8,000 euros, all of which will go to charitable projects. This year, student exchanges with Georgia and numerous social initiatives have already been supported. Part of the proceeds also go towards the Christmas party for needy people on Christmas Eve.
