Waldstraße is being redesigned: 85 apartments and safe access to the train station!

Speyer, Deutschland - A significant conversion is imminent! The confluence of Waldstraße and Bahnhofstrasse in Speyer is finally modernized. After almost three decades of the provisional, the council groups agreed to the city's proposal. The aim is to improve the security in the development of the new Waldstrasse development. In the future, the Waldstrasse will turn into Bahnhofstrasse at the right angle - a step in the right direction!

But that's not all! Around 85 new apartments in four buildings are currently being built on the “Haribo site” unused for many years. The Ostermayer property developer from Altrip has participated in the estimated road construction costs of a total of 210,000 euros at 80,000 euros. Construction is planned for autumn 2025. The anticipation for the changes in Speyer grows every day!
