Speyer Kegler celebrate strong home win against TSG Haßloch!

A week after a painful defeat, the sports bowls of the AV 03 Speyer blossomed! With an impressive home win they shocked the TSG Haßloch and filled the halls with cheers! The final score of 3419: 3348 wood proves that the Speyerers have returned after their setback and can attack again.

The competition started bumpy. After the first two rounds, the hosts were initially behind by the achievements of Rochus Ott (833) and Pascal Schuch (851). But then the leaf turned dramatically! After the first 50 throws, the Speyerer conquered a small lead of six wood. Umberto Pompilio and Reinhard Müller took over the helm and increased the lead unstoppably. Pompilio achieved 881 Holz and Müller 854, which finally secured the victory!

The way to the championship

The next challenges are already waiting for the Speyer! On November 16, they will compete at SG Worms, followed by another away game on November 30th against SKC Monsheim. On December 7th, the return to the familiar Halle will be celebrated with a home game against Post SG Kaiserslautern. The fight for the championship continues and the Speyerers are ready to give everything!
